General freight forwarders have no idea of the complexity of Amazon requirements as to packaging, unit per carton limits, and labeling requirements. Any mistakes made along your entire supply line can be very expensive if, for example, your shipment arrives at Amazon with incorrect or missing labeling, or if your boxes contain too many items. This results in delays getting your goods received into inventory and adds costs to you for Amazon to remedy the problem. In some cases, Amazon will reject the shipment. Preventing these errors is one of the main services that Zebrapals provides. More recently, Amazon has restricted the number of units a seller can send to replenish inventory, so having a local warehouse that can quickly ship your goods to Amazon is crucial to staying stocked.

An EIN (Employer Identification Number) is a US Tax ID. If you are a US Resident you can use your Social Security number or company Tax ID if you have one. If you are an overseas seller, to import goods into the US, your freight forwarder will ask you for an EIN for clearing your goods through US Customs.

Simply instruct your freight forwarder to send your goods to our shipping address above. Make sure your name is on the Bill of Lading and that the shipping cartons are also identified with your name or company name. Send us a Work Order with all the details so we can properly receive the shipment and complete the services you have requested. We will forward all of the shipment or part of it it to Amazon according to the instructions on your Work Order.
Once your goods are received & processed, we will send you box dimensions, weights, and units per box so you can enter these into Amazon seller central (Manage FBA Inventory section) and generate shipping labels and send them to us as .pdf files. We will then print & apply them to the boxes and get them shipped out right away.

Amazon bills you for this shipping service and depending on where the shipments are being sent, you will be charged from 40c-80c per lb by Amazon which is very reasonable and the best domestic freight price around anywhere.

We work with several international freight forwarders in Los Angeles who can get your goods shipped from anywhere in the world and cleared through their in-house customs agent. They will then arrange for local delivery to our warehouse for inspection and/or forwarding directly to Amazon.

We will email you a QuickBooks invoice when the shipment has been processed according to your work order and ready to go out the door. This QuickBooks invoice has a built-in option to pay by credit or debit card and will accept overseas cards. (Click on the green “pay now” button at the top of the electronic version of your invoice) Bank details are available upon request for wire transfers if needed.
For very large volume (multiple containers per year) we offer discounts on box forwarding and other services. Please call us for details. We regularly advertise other occasional discounts to customers on our mailing list which you can join here.
We will bill you at the end of every month at the rate of $40.00 per pallet per month.
